Us...big plane....January 19th! We received our final travel details today. Gotcha day will be January 24th...and the adoption will be official the next day! John and I are THRILLED! And, very anxious about getting everything done and packed so we can leave. Packing will be no fun since we will have cold weather and mild weather to pack clothes for....oh well, everyone always says not to overpack, but I always do. :)
As excited as I am about getting to China, I am even more excited to get back home and start "real life" with our daughter. I may need someone to medicate me to get me to leave Jack next week. I know he just can't go with us....but it is going to be SOOOOO very hard to leave him behind.
Mom and Dad are ready to start their drive this way on Sunday so they can see us a for a bit before we leave. I hope the 4+ inches of snow today will be it until AFTER we fly out (after we are gone, they are on their own with the shovel, he he he!).
